Identity Pending (2020) is a collaboration Zayra Campos.
In this performance, the artists reflect on what it was like to grow up in the united states as undocumented immigrants. They created 32 cinder blocks that have references to permanent resident cards printed on them. In their performance Zayra carried 14 blocks and Camila 18; one for every year they have been in the U.S. Using these blocks they create structures, bridges, paths, and blockades in conversation with one another but never talking
